Catherine J. Woodworth Wong CJ earned a B.S. in Zoology in 1995 and a M.S. in Biological Sciences in 1997 from Eastern Illinois University. She served 3 years in the Department of Biological Sciences at Eastern Illinois University teaching Introductory Biology, Life of Animals and Vertebrate Natural History while working on an M.S. in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Soon after she finished her library degree she became a Reference/Instruction/Science Librarian at Booth Library at Eastern Illinois University. CJ relocated to Connecticut in 2001 and has worked as a Science Librarian at Yale University, a reference librarian at Quinnipiac University and teaching biology at Quinnipiac. She is the editor Organic Family Magazine, which is always accepting contributions from biology students for the Nature Notes column.
